1. How do I register?
Registration is both simple and free. Just click on the button
CLICK HERE TO REGISTER and follow the prompts. Registration is required to view the product information and to place an order.
2. Forget your username?
If you do not recall your password, click the sign in button, then click on the prompt PASSWORD FORGOTTEN and our automatic system will send a new password to the email address that we have on file for you.

3. Payment?
When you have completed your shopping, you will receive a page for review that includes the total of your purchase plus the shipping charges. If you agree with the information, you will enter your credit card information and follow the prompts to finalize the order over our secure server.
You will be notified quickly by email of the approval or the declination of your credit card. In the case of a declination, you can return to your order and submit another credit card.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal for your convenience.
Please note that customs clearance and any other government or regulatory fees are your responsibility.

6. PAYPAL Payments
When you complete a PAYPAL payment, you will be asked to click a button to return to merchant. It is very important you click this button and return to the site so that your order can be processed. If you do not click this button your order will be incomplete.

7. Return Policy?
Returns and warranties are voided by the deep discount at which these items are sold. If, however, you receive an item that is clearly a manufacturer defect and notify us with three days of its receipt, we will replace that item with the same or comparable product.

8. Shipping?
Once your order has been approved it will be processed and shipped using the method you chose at checkout. Every effort will be made to ship your order the day it is received but please allow up to two weeks for delivery. International shipping may take as much as an additional two weeks.
We utilize multiple warehouse locations. Accordingly, orders consisting of different LOTS may not be shipped together but should be received on or about the same time.
