We primarily use Fedex and USPS Priority mail to ship our products. After a sale is complete we will ship your product within seven days. We use flat rate shipping for our products wich includes a handling fee. We will combine shipping for a multiple lot purchase and discount the cost. Please inquire about the discount prior to finalizing your purchase.

Opticalcloseouts.com does not accept returns in most cases. However we will consider exchanging products in situations where the product was damaged in the shipping process. If you need to exchange a product that was damaged in shipping, please let use know immediately by sending an email to md@opticalcloseouts.com stating the situation. We will work with you to make sure you receive an exchange promptly. We appreciate your business!
